Shipping Policy

Overview
Thank you for shopping with Good Greenery. We are committed to getting your products to you safely, freshly, and on time. Because we carry both perishable and non-perishable items, we have specific shipping schedules and handling procedures in place to ensure the quality and integrity of every order.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order so you know what to expect.
Product Categories
Good Greenery carries two categories of products, each with its own shipping guidelines:

Perishable Items — infused lemonades and pasta sauces

Non-Perishable Items — loose leaf herbs, tea blends, seeds, dried botanicals, and related wellness products
Perishable Items
Important: Perishable items ship once per week, every Tuesday. Orders must be placed by Sunday at 11:59 PM (local time) to be included in that week’s Tuesday shipment. Orders placed after Sunday will ship the following Tuesday.

The following Good Greenery products are classified as perishable and are subject to the Tuesday shipping schedule:

Additional perishable products may be added to this list as the Good Greenery product line grows. Any new perishable items will be clearly labeled on the website.
Perishable Shipping & Handling
To preserve freshness and quality, all perishable orders are:

Packed with insulated materials and/or cold packs as appropriate for the product

Shipped via expedited carriers to minimize transit time

Labeled with handling instructions for the recipient
Good Greenery is not responsible for spoilage or quality degradation resulting from delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or packages left uncollected at a delivery location.
Perishable Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery: 2 to 3 business days from the Tuesday ship date, depending on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery to some rural or remote areas may take longer.
We strongly recommend that someone be available to receive perishable orders upon delivery, or that a secure, temperature-appropriate location is available for package drop-off.
No Refunds on Perishable Items: Due to the nature of perishable food products, all sales on infused lemonades and pasta sauces are final. Perishable items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once shipped. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
If your perishable order arrives visibly damaged due to mishandling by the carrier (e.g., crushed packaging, clear evidence of temperature abuse), please photograph the package and contents immediately upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Perishable Items
Non-Perishable Product List
The following types of products are classified as non-perishable and ship on our regular shipping schedule:

Seeds

Spice blends and culinary herbs

Wellness tinctures and dry supplements (where applicable)

Branded merchandise and accessories
Non-perishable items are clearly identified in their product listings on the Good Greenery website.
Processing & Shipping Schedule
Non-perishable orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed.
Standard shipping: 3 to 7 business days after processing, depending on destination.
Expedited shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee. Estimated 1 to 3 business days after processing.
You will receive an order confirmation email at the time of purchase and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates for non-perishable items are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders — check our website for current promotions and thresholds.
General Shipping Information
Shipping Destinations
Good Greenery currently ships within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations may be available on a limited basis. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you are located outside the contiguous U.S.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after your shipping confirmation email is received.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Good Greenery is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or undeliverable orders resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to make corrections before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Good Greenery is not liable for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier facility. You may also file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Combined Orders
If your order contains both perishable and non-perishable items, your order may be split into two separate shipments to accommodate the Tuesday perishable shipping schedule. You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment. There is no additional charge for split shipments.
