5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Good Greenery reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time. Once an order has been processed and prepared for shipment, it cannot be cancelled. For perishable items, orders cannot be cancelled after the Sunday cutoff preceding the Tuesday ship date. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms, schedules, and responsibilities are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. What to include in the T&C document
Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
