Good Greenery takes pride in the quality of every product we offer. If you are not satisfied with your non-perishable purchase, we want to make it right. Please read the following carefully as refund eligibility varies by product type.

 

Perishable Items — No Refunds

No Refunds: Infused lemonades and pasta sauces are perishable food products and are non-refundable under all circumstances once an order has been processed and shipped. All sales of perishable items are final. We strongly encourage you to review your order before submitting.

 

The only exception to this policy is in the case of visible carrier damage reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. In such cases, Good Greenery will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. Cash refunds are not issued for perishable items under any circumstances.

 

Non-Perishable Items — Refund Eligibility

Non-perishable items including loose leaf herbs, herbal tea blends, seeds, dried botanicals, and similar products may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

 

Eligible for Refund: Item arrived damaged, defective, or was incorrect. Refund or exchange request is submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

 

To initiate a refund or exchange for a non-perishable item, please contact us within 7 days of your confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

 

  • The item has been opened, used, or partially consumed

  • The request is submitted more than 7 days after confirmed delivery

  • The product was purchased as a perishable item (infused lemonades, pasta sauces)

  • The customer ordered the wrong item or changed their mind after the order was processed

  • Damage resulted from improper storage or handling by the customer after delivery

  • The order was delayed or affected by circumstances outside of Good Greenery’s control, including carrier delays, weather events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer

 

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund or exchange request for an eligible non-perishable item, please follow these steps:

 

  • Contact Good Greenery via our website contact form or email within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number, the name of the item(s) in question, and a description of the issue

  • Attach clear photographs of the item and packaging if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

 

Once we receive your request, we will respond within 3 to 5 business days with next steps. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

 

Exchanges

Good Greenery is happy to offer exchanges on eligible non-perishable items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Exchange requests follow the same process and timeline as refund requests. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered instead.

 

Store Credit

In some cases, Good Greenery may offer store credit in lieu of a cash refund. Store credit does not expire and may be applied to any future purchase on the Good Greenery website.

 

Duplicate Orders & Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error or submitted a duplicate order, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and resolve any verified billing errors promptly. Duplicate order refunds will be issued in full to the original payment method.
